How do I sign in?
You can sign in with an email magic link, or with Google or Apple where those are offered. There's no password to remember with the magic link — we email you a one-tap link to sign in.
I didn't get my sign-in or verification email
Check your spam folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, give it a minute and request a new link. If you're stuck, email [email protected].
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion happens in-app and removes your account and associated personal data. You can also email us to request it.
Practice
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. You can run a free practice set without an account. Create a free account to save your progress and unlock the AI tutor; purchase your credential when you're ready for full access.
Is the AI tutor always right?
The tutor is a study aid and can occasionally be wrong. Always check the official source material for your credential — especially for anything safety- or rules-critical.
Billing
How do purchases work?
Some credentials are a one-time purchase that unlocks access; others may be offered as a subscription. What you get is shown before you buy. Web purchases go through Stripe; on mobile, purchases go through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Manage subscriptions from Settings → Subscription in the app. Purchases made through Apple or Google are managed in your App Store or Google Play account.
How do refunds work?
For purchases made through Apple or Google, refunds follow that store's policy. For web (Stripe) purchases, email [email protected] and we'll help.
